Skills Requirements: Technical degree, associate degree, high diploma or equivalent qualification in technical field Experience in field engineering positions servicing complex electro-mechanical devices. Knowledge of inkjet printing, RIP / color theory and materials/chemicals used in the printing industry will be advantages Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Windows Self-motivating personality Good communication skills and customer focused. Must be fluent in writing and speaking of English and Mandarin. This position requires extensive oversea travel at short notice. Frequent oversea travel is required. Less experience candidate and fresh graduate are welcome and will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Engineer. On job training for fresh graduate will be provided. Job Description Main Duties and responsibilities HK Office Provide end-to-end technical phone/online support for our distributor network and direct customers. New machine, media, ink testing and writing technical reports Feedback to our China based R&D team Sample printing and demos This position requires extensive travel in order to cover: Onsite Installation, technical support and customer training Tradeshow support including printer setup, demonstration and tear down?
